- work in noisy and fast-paced environment

- move about facility and stand for long periods

- frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action
- safely operate all equipment
- use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
- control costs by managing inventory
- clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls, and drains
- manage maintenance storage areas for cleanliness and stocking
- clean and maintain windows, lamps, mirrors, and light fixtures
- clean and maintain wood floors, walls, tile, and carpets
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restrooms and restock supplies
- dust wood and fixtures
- polish brass plates, rails, and hardware
- clean and maintain ceiling fans, air intakes, and HVAC vents
- clean and maintain mats
- empty trash and maintain trash cans
- clean and maintain back dock area
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- be friendly and smile while working
- communicate early with guests and staff
- be disciplined and self-motivated
- dress neat, clean, and professional
