Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for 100 percent of the shift
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
- ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distractions
- ability to read and write handwritten notes

- previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take corrective action
- safely and correctly operate all equipment
- use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
- control costs by managing supplies
- clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- maintain cleanliness and stocking of maintenance storage areas
- clean and maintain windows, lamps, mirrors and light fixtures
- maintain wood floors, walls, tiles and carpets
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restrooms including restocking supplies
- dust wood and fixtures
- polish brass plates, rails and hardware
- clean and maintain ceiling fans, air intakes and HVAC vents
- clean and maintain mats and trash areas
- clean and maintain back dock area
- assist other team members as needed
- foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate
- smile and be friendly during shifts
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- dress neat and professional at all times
