Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work days, nights and/or weekends
- able to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to move about facility and stand for long periods
- able to walk or stand 100% of shift
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- disciplined and self-motivated
- friendly and able to smile while working
- able to work days, nights, and weekends
- knowledge of safety and sanitation policies
- capable of operating cleaning equipment safely
- detail-oriented and able to manage maintenance tasks independently
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment
- keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take or suggest corrective action
- safely operate all equipment
- use chemicals properly and in correct quantities
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
- control costs by managing inventory
- clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- maintain cleanliness of storage areas
- clean and maintain windows, lamps, mirrors, and light fixtures
- maintain wood floors, walls, tile and carpets
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation of restrooms
- dust wood and fixtures
- polish brass plates, rails, and hardware
- maintain ceiling fans, air intakes and HVAC vents
- clean mats
- empty trash and maintain trash cans
- maintain back dock area
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships
- be friendly and smile during shifts
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- follow dress guidelines maintaining neat appearance
