Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work days, nights and/or weekends
- able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to move about facility and stand for long periods
- able to walk or stand 100% of shift
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- discipline and self-motivation
- friendly and able to smile while working
- able to work flexible schedules including days, nights and weekends
- familiarity with safety and sanitation procedures
- basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- age of at least 18 years
Job Duties
- Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- keeps supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and takes corrective action
- operates all equipment safely and correctly
- uses chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies
- controls costs by not overstocking or wasting materials
- cleans and maintains kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- maintains storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
- cleans windows, lamps, mirrors and light fixtures
- maintains wood floors, walls, tile and carpets
- maintains restrooms including restocking supplies
- dusts wood and fixtures
- polishes brass plates, rails and hardware
- cleans ceiling fans, air intakes and HVAC vents
- cleans mats
- empties trash and maintains trash cans
- cleans back dock area
- assists other team members as needed
- maintains a positive working relationship with team members to promote morale and productivity
- maintains a friendly demeanor and works days, nights and weekends as required
- communicates early with guests and team members
- follows dress code guidelines
