- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions

- ability to meet physical demands of maintenance work

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- self-motivated and disciplined
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- comply with dress guidelines and maintain a neat, clean and professional appearance
- at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Deliver unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating fun
- keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- safely operate all equipment
- use chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
- control costs by avoiding overstocking or disposing of unused materials
- clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- manage maintenance storage areas including cleanliness and stocking
- clean and maintain windows, lamps, mirrors and light fixtures
- clean and maintain wood floors, walls, tile and carpets
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restrooms including restocking supplies
- dust all wood and fixtures
- polish brass plates, rails and hardware
- clean and maintain ceiling fans, air intakes and HVAC air vents
- clean and maintain mats
- empty trash and maintain trash cans
- clean and maintain back dock area
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships to promote a cooperative and harmonious climate
- be friendly and able to smile while working days, nights or weekends
