Job Requirements

Speak, read, and write the English language
Have your own transportation to and from the job site
Be able to pass a background check
Physical ability to stand, walk, push, kneel, twist, and reach frequently
Able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs
Flexible and able to work at a fast pace in a multitasked job

Job Qualifications

Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
1-2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not required
Willingness to learn and strong work ethic
Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
Be dependable and punctual
Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect

Job Duties

Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Use proper PPE where required
Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required
