Job Requirements
- Speak, read, and write the English language
- Have your own vehicle with valid driver’s license, insurance, and registration
- Be able to pass multiple background checks
- 7 day availability from at least 5:00pm to 2:30am
- Physical ability to stand, walk, push, kneel, twist, and reach constantly
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs
- Willingness to work flexible and fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read, and write the English language
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and registration
- Ability to work flexible hours primarily in the evening
- 1-2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Job Duties
- Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
- Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Use proper PPE where required
- Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required
- Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
- Adhere to uniform standards and be dependable and punctual
