Job Requirements
- One or more years of janitorial experience
- Preferably one or more years of floor technician experience
- Must pass a background check
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license
- No major or minor traffic violations in the last three years
- Availability to work different shifts as needed
- Ability to travel to various locations locally
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year janitorial experience
- Preferred 1 year floor tech experience
- Ability to operate various cleaning machinery
- Good communication skills to report issues and coordinate with supervisors
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must pass a background check for secure building access
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Job Duties
- Travel to different locations to perform cleaning duties as needed
- Provide cleaning and light maintenance services inside and outside commercial buildings
- Replenish paper and soap products in bathrooms
- Clean mirrors, walls, showers, sinks, metal work, and toilets
- Empty wastebaskets and clean ashtrays
- Collect trash from outside receptacles using designated routes
- Operate cleaning equipment such as wet vacuums, vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, floor buffers, and automatic scrubbers
- Report malfunctions or maintenance problems to the supervisor
- Discuss work or schedule issues with supervisor and management
- Lock and unlock doors as required
