Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field preferred
  • Prior management or supervisor experience in sports or entertainment industries preferred
  • Strong accounting and business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and internet applications
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and projects successfully
  • Familiarity with labor agreements and union contracts
  • Customer service excellence and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Work events and post events as needed including weekends and holidays
  • Lead a diverse team to deliver quality services at event sites
  • Engage in regular client interaction to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and implement work plans to meet contract requirements timely and cost-effectively
  • Maintain close customer relationships by conducting inspections and addressing special needs
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
  • Control expenses to meet financial objectives and promote project profitability
  • Supervise frontline personnel including training, hiring, and evaluation
  • Collaborate with HR and management to recommend staffing levels and manage employee relations
  • Understand and apply union contracts to build effective labor relationships
  • Increase billable services by identifying opportunities and promoting additional services
  • Manage inventory to ensure budget adherence
  • Report accidents and property damage accurately and promptly
  • Participate in management meetings to review project issues and develop solutions
  • Operate independently and keep leadership informed of business impacts
  • Implement preventative action plans to mitigate problems before they arise
