- Proven experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial roles with a strong understanding of custodial procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting to 50lbs bending and standing for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail with commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles is a plus

Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of office areas including restrooms desk conference rooms fitness room micro kitchens and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain floors through sweeping mopping buffing and carpet cleaning to ensure a pristine appearance
- Handle trash removal recycling collection and restocking supplies such as paper towels soap and toilet paper
- Conduct detailed custodial tasks such as window cleaning surface disinfecting and furniture polishing to uphold hygiene standards
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard free environment
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Ability to follow instructions and safety policies
