Job Duties
- Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
- Follow procedures for use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Notify manager concerning the need for repairs or additions
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and staff
- Comply with safety, security, and quality standards
- Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping walks and snow removal
