Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who is endowed and possesses a current temple recommend
- willingness to complete all assigned tasks
- ability to follow safety, security, compliance, and quality procedures
- no prior experience required
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of supplies and janitor closet
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- no experience required as on-the-job training is provided
- no high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- only members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who are endowed and have a current temple recommend qualify for this specific position
- ability to establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, and managers
- compliance with safety, security, and quality standards
Job Duties
- Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them
- dusts furniture, walls, light fixtures
- removes stains from surfaces such as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions
- mixes water and detergents or acids to prepare cleaning solutions
- cleans and vacuums carpeted areas including spot cleaning
- gathers and empties trash
- wipes and cleans tabletops and chairs
- cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures
- services, cleans, and supplies restrooms
- cleans glass doors
- maintains janitor's closet neat and orderly
- maintains equipment in good working order
- requisitions supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
- performs miscellaneous duties as assigned
