Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- no high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- one year of similar work experience
- experience with floor machines
- ability to work swing shifts Monday through Friday 5:00pm to 9:00pm
- ability to follow safety protocols
- strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- floor tech experience including mixing floor chemicals, mopping, stripping and waxing floors, maintaining epoxy floors, and carpet cleaning
- experience operating floor machines such as T-300, burnisher, side-by-side, wet vacuum, and Whittaker carpet cleaner
- one year of similar work experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain buildings and facilities
- follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
- notify manager about repair needs
- establish and maintain effective communication with clients and team members
- comply with safety, security, and quality standards
- clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, and equipment
- move furniture and equipment to enable cleaning
- clean interior glass and mirrors
- wash and replace blinds
- gather and empty trash
- perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal and lawn care
- wipe and clean food area tabletops and chairs
- service and supply restrooms
