high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work full-time including opening and morning shifts
physical capability to perform manual cleaning tasks
willingness to adhere to Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
reliable and punctual
ability to follow safety protocols and instructions
effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
ability to work independently and as part of a team
good communication skills
physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is an asset

Job Duties

maintain cleanliness of all store areas including parking lot, restrooms, receiving area, and sales floor
ensure a safe and sanitary environment for customers and employees
handle cleaning duties using appropriate tools and cleaning agents
identify and report potential hazards to management
support store team by keeping stock and back areas orderly
comply with safety and health regulations
assist with seasonal or special cleaning projects
