Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work full-time including opening and morning shifts
- capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- adherence to Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- ability to meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements
- willingness to work in various weather conditions if outdoor cleaning is necessary
Job Qualifications

- prior janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of all store areas including parking lots, restrooms, and receiving areas
- ensure a safe environment for customers and employees
- perform cleaning duties during opening and morning shifts
- follow company safety and drug-free workplace policies
- respond promptly to cleanliness issues or spills
- assist with waste disposal and recycling efforts
- communicate effectively with store management about maintenance needs
