Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical duties including lifting, bending, and standing
- Availability to work full-time mid-shift and closing hours
- Must comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Ability to follow safety and cleaning protocols
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work mid-shift and closing hours
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of store premises including parking lot, restrooms, receiving area, and sales floor
- Ensure safe environment for customers and employees
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and restroom sanitation
- Respond to spills and hazards promptly to prevent accidents
- Assist in maintaining inventory of janitorial supplies
- Follow all safety and cleanliness policies and protocols
- Support store operations during mid-shift and closing shifts
