Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- availability to work part-time overnight shifts
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- willing to adhere to Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- basic understanding of janitorial safety and equipment use
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous janitorial or cleaning experience is an advantage
- ability to work overnight shifts effectively
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- dependable and punctual
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of the store including parking lots and restrooms
- ensure a safe and inviting environment for customers and staff
- follow cleaning schedules and safety protocols
- handle and dispose of waste properly
- report maintenance issues and safety hazards
- support store operations through janitorial duties
- assist in setting up clean and orderly receiving areas
