Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning duties preferred
- Ability to work full-time hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
- Capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to adhere to Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Reliable transportation to and from the Walmart Supercenter location
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is advantageous
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
- Basic understanding of safety and sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the store including parking lots, restrooms, and receiving areas
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Address spills and hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment
- Maintain janitorial equipment and supplies
- Support store teams by responding to cleaning requests and needs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Assist in periodic deep cleaning and special projects
