Job Requirements
- minimum high school education or equivalent
- prior experience in janitorial or cleaning roles preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- good physical condition to handle cleaning equipment
- willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings
- must comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- availability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
Job Duties
- ensure cleanliness of assigned areas including parking lots, restrooms, and receiving areas
- collect and dispose of trash regularly
- maintain cleanliness and order of sales floor and backroom
- sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- follow safety and sanitation protocols
- report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- support team in maintaining a safe and inviting store environment
