Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Must be able to work full-time hours
- Ability to pass Walmart's background check and drug screening

- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Availability for mid-shift and closing shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is advantageous
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery and use cleaning chemicals safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing hours
- Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area
- Ensure the store environment is safe for customers and staff
- Perform routine janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom cleaning
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies properly and safely
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill cleaning schedules and standards
- Follow Walmart's policies including the drug-free workplace guidelines
