Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Availability to work part-time hours including mid-shift and closing
- Willingness to adhere to Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Must have reliable transportation to the Walmart Supercenter location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus
- Ability to work mid-shift and closing hours
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic communication skills
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of store areas including parking lots, restrooms, and receiving areas
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards are met consistently
- Perform routine janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- Work shifts including mid-shift and closing hours
- Follow all Walmart policies including drug-free workplace rules
