- Must be able to obtain a TWIC card
- TWIC card preferred
- vehicle is preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule on short notice including night, weekends and occasionally long hours

Job Duties
- Follow all Goodwill and subcontract site policies and safety procedures
- must possess professional etiquette
- maintain a clean and neat personal appearance at all times
- must wear company issued uniform
- perform routine restroom maintenance functions such as cleaning toilets and sinks
- wash mirrors and floors
- perform routine cleaning functions such as vacuuming
- empty trash cans
- dust
- sanitize and disinfect high touch surfaces
- sanitize, disinfect and maintain floors and tabletops in all areas based on contracted specifications
- assign tasks to team members
- interact courteously with employees and customers
- maintain regular attendance
- perform all janitorial duties necessary in instances of staff shortages
- perform all other essential duties as assigned
