Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Availability to work mid and closing shifts
- Basic English communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Flexibility to work mid and closing shifts
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the store
- Maintain cleanliness in the parking lot and receiving area
- Dispose of trash and recycling properly and timely
- Report and address safety hazards and maintenance issues
- Assist with setup and breakdown of store equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
