Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable telephone and transportation
- Must be capable of sitting, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and climbing stairs
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to work weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- Must treat all information as confidential
- Must possess tact to interact effectively with all levels of employees and client representatives
- Must comply with uniform and identification badge policies
Job Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, understand, and verbally communicate in English
- Familiarity with FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations desirable
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good hearing and vision
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned locations according to company and client specifications
- Vacuum, dust, clean restrooms, replenish supplies, remove garbage, clean windows, and maintain floors including scrubbing, stripping, and waxing
- Clean jet bridges, break rooms, ticket counters, office spaces, and other customer areas
- Notify supervisor to reorder supplies when running low
- Accurately complete reports and documentation in a timely manner
- Adhere to FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and report maintenance needs in assigned areas
- Project a positive image and respond courteously to inquiries from airline staff and the public
- Attend required meetings and in-service training
- Use proper communication channels and maintain records and reports
- Wear appropriate uniform or business attire and display identification badges
- Follow company policies and contribute to company objectives
- Utilize company and client equipment and supplies in a cost-effective manner
- Perform other duties as requested by management
