Job Requirements

- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs

- Experience in using chemical cleaning solutions safely

Job Duties
- Monitor building security and safety by locking doors after hours and checking electrical appliance use
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms
- Gather and empty trash
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- Follow procedures for safe use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Mix water and detergents to prepare cleaning solutions
- Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors
- Notify managers of major repairs or additions needed
- Requisition supplies and equipment for cleaning and maintenance
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate tools
