Job Requirements

Housekeeping, janitorial, or porter experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required or working towards it
Willingness to work a variety of shifts
Ability to work well under minimal supervision
Capacity to take direction and follow through
Strong attention to detail
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, a combination of evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays
Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Ability to squat, stoop, or bend as required
Ability to navigate facility for long periods
Ability to operate a computer
Comfortable working in an environment with intermittent noise

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding as needed
Provide courteous and friendly first-in-class service to all guests
Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed
Monitor for spills throughout the facility and clean as needed
Clean all floor surfaces and glass in facility
Clean and maintain all bathrooms including toilets, sinks, floors, and restock supplies
Clean all guest seating and lobby areas
Remove facility trash and recyclables
Complete special projects, daily assignments and other duties as directed by management
Provide courteous and friendly service to all guests, including providing answers and directions as needed
Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up
Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
