Job Requirements
- valid state driver license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance carrier
- must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access
- a background check and E-Verify will be conducted for this position
- access to federal military installation requires a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or acceptable alternative such as U.S. passport or military ID
- union affiliation with Service Employees International Union, 6 Property Services Northwest

Job Duties
- restroom cleaning – sanitize and clean all toilets, urinals, sinks, fixtures, partitions, walls and doors
- restock supplies
- collect trash and replace liners
- sweep and mop floor
- follow cross contamination procedures
- office cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum according to schedule
- halls and high traffic area cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum according to schedule
- entrances and exits cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean entry doors according to schedule
- trash – empty trash in office areas, lunchrooms, coffee areas, restrooms, shower/locker according to schedule
- supply restocking – restock supplies according to schedule
- dusting – dusting in restrooms, shower/locker areas, according to schedule
- stairwell cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe handrails according to schedule
- shower cleaning – clean all shower stalls, damp wipe for dust, restock supplies, mop floors following cross contamination procedures
- janitorial supply closet/locker – keep clean and organized
