Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to operate industrial cleaning machinery
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Basic understanding of safety protocols
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors using industrial equipment
- Dust and wash walls, clean ceilings, dust and polish light fixtures, and wash blinds
- Move furniture, cabinets, boxes, and equipment to clean areas effectively
- Remove stains from carpets, drapes, walls, and floors using appropriate chemicals
- Sweep, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow, and perform other seasonal outdoor tasks
- Empty waste baskets and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets, basins, urinals, and refill dispensers
