Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to maintain cleaning schedules
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours including night shifts

Job Duties
- Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpets, rugs, windows, and walls, Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairs, locker rooms, and other work areas, Clean stains from chairs and upholstered furniture, Keep furniture free of dust as well as lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and moldings, Empty trash cans and clean trash cans and ashtrays, Disinfect commonly used items such as desks, door handles, office tools, and phones, Clean and maintain restrooms and replenish supplies, Wash and clean windows and mirrors, Empty trash and recycling containers to the disposal area, Clean trash and snow from sidewalks if necessary, Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request missing materials from supervisors, Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions or maintenance needs, Maintain a cleaning chart indicating areas cleaned and inspected, Follow safety and precaution rules, Lift up to 50 pounds, Close doors at the end of the night shift
