Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- six months experience in commercial janitorial work desired
- ability to understand and communicate in English
- punctuality
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- willingness to attend safety training and meetings
- maintain neat appearance
- able to work in fast-paced environments
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- six months experience in commercial janitorial or facilities maintenance
- knowledge of basic janitorial duties
- ability to follow safety procedures

Job Duties
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, wax and polish floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and machines
- dust and wash walls, ceilings, light fixtures and windows
- move furniture and equipment to clean areas
- remove stains from surfaces using chemicals
- perform seasonal tasks such as raking leaves, cutting grass and snow removal
- empty waste baskets and replace liners
- clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets, basins and floors
- clean lunchroom and break areas including tables, chairs and vending machines
- dust and clean office furniture and surfaces
- maintain janitor's closet and equipment
- attend safety training and meetings
