Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of janitorial experience
- Ability to work primarily outdoors on a daily basis
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Flexible availability to meet shift requirements

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain the exterior of the building including walkways, parking lots, loading docks, and outdoor storage areas
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform general janitorial duties inside the facility including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, common areas and offices
- Operate a floor sweeper (training provided)
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe working environment
- Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly
- Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support warehouse operations, including cleaning and organizing as needed
