Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Clearance of criminal background check
- Flexibility to work up to 40+ hours per week including nights and weekends
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- High reliability and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company policies
- Basic English communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience is beneficial but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Basic English proficiency for clear communication
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of office suites, restrooms, indoor and outdoor common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning products and methods effectively
- Work reliably and efficiently with high commitment to service excellence
- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Learn and adopt specific TFG HI cleaning processes
- Perform work during assigned shifts including nights and weekends
- Help clients create positive impressions through quality janitorial services
