- ability to follow oral or written instructions

- ability to work independently as needed to support the group effort
- basic knowledge of cleaning products and understanding of MSDS or willing to learn
- good client/customer service skills

Job Duties
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing of flooring and stairs
- clean and sanitize bathrooms
- clean sinks, countertops, toilets, and bathroom stall walls
- restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common area as necessary
- empty all trashcans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary
- collect recyclable materials and take them to appropriate area to be sorted
- dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered
- clean windowsills, windows, stairwells
- maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner
- maintain and use cleaning equipment in a safe and proper manner
- wear proper personal protective equipment at all times
- proper labeling, dilution, and use of all chemicals
- report any damage to cleaning equipment
- report maintenance needs to project manager or supervisor
- other duties as assigned
