Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in hospitality or institutional housekeeping or janitorial field preferred
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
- Successful completion of background checks and physical fitness assessment as required
- Willingness to work overnight shifts from 10pm to 3:30am, four days a week

- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of support services in preparation for special activities, including setting up tables and chairs, podiums, special decorations, or other equipment
- Maintain public and common areas in a safe, orderly, and sanitary condition
- Identify and report the need for repairs and unsafe conditions, responding appropriately in emergencies
- Use cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals safely and according to instructions
- Perform special tasks chargeable to residents upon supervisor's instruction
- Clean interior and exterior windows on a scheduled basis
- Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and staff
- Attend in-service training and apply learned information
- Use carpet cleaning equipment and perform carpet care as instructed
- Assist with resident move-ins including lifting and moving furniture and boxes
- Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to maintain quality standards
