Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Basic ability sufficient to follow safety protocols and cleaning instructions
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances
- Flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, squat, kneel, crawl, and crouch as needed
- Capacity to handle exposure to noise, biohazards, and chemicals
- Ability to respond to audible alarms and spoken voice
- Visual acuity including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Basic ability sufficient to follow safety protocols and cleaning instructions
- Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning services is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices such as iPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal as applicable)
- Flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties in terminals, restrooms, offices, and other airport areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies
- Operate cleaning machinery such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies or spillages
- Follow all safety and health regulations related to cleaning and chemical use
- Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
