Job Duties
- Sweep sidewalks, terraces, lobbies, and hallways
- empty trash and recycling bins throughout the building
- respond quickly to spills, weather-related messes, or other safety hazards
- clean and polish floors, glass, mirrors, brass, and woodwork
- deep clean as needed including carpet cleaning, grout scrubbing, and waxing floors
- maintain the laundry room, fitness center, and management offices
- report any damage or safety issues to the Resident Manager
- clean stairwells, service areas, and the compactor room
- change light bulbs and help prepare units for new residents
- use building systems to log tasks and report ongoing issues
- cover the front desk during concierge breaks
- monitor service doors during move-ins and deliveries
- assist with unit inspections and ensure spaces look great for tours
- help set up and clean shared spaces like lounges, rooftops, and gyms
- support building events and gatherings by helping with logistics and cleanup
- keep shared spaces looking welcoming and refreshed
- keep elevators, trash rooms, and amenity areas clean and odor-free
- support recycling and compost programs
- perform scent and cleanliness checks to ensure the building feels fresh
- participate in team meetings and be open to cross-training
