Job Requirements

- 1-2 years of related janitorial or porter experience
- reliable transportation
- ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- availability to work Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or Sunday-Thursday 7am-4pm
- willingness to work in a physically demanding role
- ability to use cleaning agents and janitorial equipment safely

Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of janitorial, cleaning, or porter experience in residential or commercial settings
- basic knowledge of light maintenance tasks is a plus
- snow removal and landscaping experience a plus
- comfortable working with and around cleaning agents and equipment
- ability to complete daily assignments with minimal supervision
- strong time management skills and attention to detail
- reliable transportation required
- dedicated to exceeding expectations by providing exceptional service

- strong belief in the value of teamwork and collaboration

- bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Job Duties
- Complete requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met
- clean and maintain all common areas including front lobby, hallways, restrooms, elevators, stairways, and parking areas
- maintain floors, vacuum carpets and rugs, wash and wax hard surfaces, and clean tile grout
- wash walls, doors, and windows in shared areas
- replace light bulbs in common area lighting fixtures as needed
- ensure all trash receptacles are emptied and waste is transported to the designated disposal area
- monitor and restock sanitary and cleaning supplies to maintain proper inventory levels
- assist with light maintenance duties such as replacing air filters, minor touch-ups, and basic repairs
- support seasonal upkeep tasks including snow removal and grounds maintenance
- assist in inventory control of janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies
- maintain a professional appearance and represent the community with a positive and courteous attitude
- perform other related duties as assigned
