Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation for traveling between multiple client sites
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Ability to use cleaning products and equipment safely
- Willingness to learn company processes
- Strong commitment to customer service and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior janitorial or housekeeping experience is highly preferred
- Ability to follow specific directions accurately
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Basic English proficiency
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Self-starter attitude with problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Travel to different client sites during shifts as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness of office suites, restrooms, and indoor and outdoor common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning products and methods effectively
- Maintain consistent reliability, efficiency, and high commitment to service excellence
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and self-discipline in all duties
- Learn and adopt TFG HI specific cleaning and maintenance processes
- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
