Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including part-time or full-time schedules
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Ability to follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly
Job Qualifications
- Experience in janitorial or custodial services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping of buildings
- Removing trash frequently including composting and recycling
- Cleaning and stocking communal bathrooms
- Dusting and cleaning all common areas
- Removing small and large debris and assisting with turnovers of vacated units
- Assisting with pest control measures
- Painting, buffing, stripping and waxing
