Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Minimum of one year cleaning/janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Pride of workmanship and follow-through
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Willingness to work in tight spaces
- Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to safely handle solvents and chemicals
- Occasional exposure to grill and cooking equipment
- Ability to push/pull cleaning machinery
- Ability to organize physical tasks including adjusting, climbing ladders, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Clean surfaces, floors, bathrooms, offices and general areas of the building
- Maintain supplies and keep track of materials, time, and necessary repairs
- Responsible for completing work to the dealership's high standard of quality
- Operate cleaning machinery
- Responsible for SDS for solvents and cleaners
- Assist and cook for customer events
- Drive short distances for dealership essential errands
