Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- janitorial and/or housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to operate mechanical cleaning equipment
- must be able to follow safety regulations
- physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend
- ability to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 45 lbs.)
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- effectively and efficiently handle member situations, concerns, and feedback
- follow all company safety and security procedures, and maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition in compliance with OSHA guidelines
- monitor and report necessary repairs, replacements, maintenance issues, and safety hazards
- operate mechanical cleaning equipment
- vacuum, clean carpets, rugs and draperies
- clean, dust, and polish furniture, metal fixtures, fittings, and ceiling fans
- empty and clean trash containers in a sanitary manner
