Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures outlined in Twin Peaks training
  • Must successfully complete training program prior to working unsupervised
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 15 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Willingness to adhere to uniform and appearance standards
  • Ability to work in environments exposed to kitchen fumes, wet conditions, chemicals, and smoke
  • Must comply with company policies on harassment, fraternization, and substance abuse

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Successful completion of orientation and required training programs
  • Understanding of cleaning and sanitation policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
  • Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Train using tablets or computer
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Any other duty responsibility that management may deem necessary
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables
