Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures outlined in Twin Peaks training
- Must successfully complete training program prior to working unsupervised
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 15 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to adhere to uniform and appearance standards
- Ability to work in environments exposed to kitchen fumes, wet conditions, chemicals, and smoke
- Must comply with company policies on harassment, fraternization, and substance abuse
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a janitor busser

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Successful completion of orientation and required training programs
- Understanding of cleaning and sanitation policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- Ability to work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Any other duty responsibility that management may deem necessary
- Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables
