Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- Ability to communicate in English
- Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures
- Must complete training prior to working without supervision
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 15 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to comply with uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to work in fast-paced and sometimes humid environments
- Willingness to use cleaning chemicals safely and follow health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- Ability to communicate in English effectively
- Ability to understand and follow sanitation policies and procedures
- Ability to apply common sense and carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Successful completion of orientation and training programs
- Compliance with local and state regulatory training requirements such as food and/or alcohol service certifications
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- Ability to work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
- Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
