Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures
  • Must complete training prior to working without supervision
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 15 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to comply with uniform and grooming standards
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and sometimes humid environments
  • Willingness to use cleaning chemicals safely and follow health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • Ability to communicate in English effectively
  • Ability to understand and follow sanitation policies and procedures
  • Ability to apply common sense and carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Successful completion of orientation and training programs
  • Compliance with local and state regulatory training requirements such as food and/or alcohol service certifications

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
  • Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Train using tablets or computer
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
