Job Requirements

Proven experience as a janitor busser
Ability to communicate in English
Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures
Must complete training prior to working without supervision
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 15 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to comply with uniform and grooming standards
Ability to work in fast-paced and sometimes humid environments
Willingness to use cleaning chemicals safely and follow health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a janitor busser
Ability to communicate in English effectively
Ability to understand and follow sanitation policies and procedures
Ability to apply common sense and carry out simple one or two-step instructions
Ability to work as part of a team
Successful completion of orientation and training programs
Compliance with local and state regulatory training requirements such as food and/or alcohol service certifications

Job Duties

Adhering to uniform standards
Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
Ability to work as a team
Train using tablets or computer
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
