Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • proven experience as a janitor busser
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • ability to follow instructions and apply common sense
  • successful completion of orientation and training
  • compliance with local and state regulations
  • physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 15 pounds
  • adherence to uniform and personal hygiene standards
  • willingness to work in an environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals and kitchen fumes.

  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand and implement cleaning and sanitation policies
  • successful completion of training programs
  • compliance with food and/or alcohol service certification requirements
  • physical ability to perform job duties
  • ability to work well within a team
  • adaptability to fast paced environments.

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
  • maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
  • ability to work as a team
  • train using tablets or computer
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
  • assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant included, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
