Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- proven experience as a janitor busser
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to follow instructions and apply common sense
- successful completion of orientation and training
- compliance with local and state regulations
- physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 15 pounds
- adherence to uniform and personal hygiene standards
- willingness to work in an environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals and kitchen fumes.

- ability to understand and implement cleaning and sanitation policies
- successful completion of training programs
- compliance with food and/or alcohol service certification requirements

Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- ability to work as a team
- train using tablets or computer
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
- assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant included, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
