Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to understand cleaning and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple instructions
  • Must attend orientation and successfully complete the Twin Peaks training program
  • Must complete all required training in compliance with local and state regulations
  • Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, talk, hear, reach, and occasionally lift/move up to 15 pounds
  • Willingness to work in environments exposed to fumes, humidity, chemicals, and smoke
  • Commitment to adhere to company uniform and behavioral policies

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to understand policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
  • Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Completion of training programs and certifications as required
  • Good physical condition to meet job demands

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
  • Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Train using tablets or computer
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
