Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to understand cleaning and sanitation policies and procedures
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple instructions
- Must attend orientation and successfully complete the Twin Peaks training program
- Must complete all required training in compliance with local and state regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, talk, hear, reach, and occasionally lift/move up to 15 pounds
- Willingness to work in environments exposed to fumes, humidity, chemicals, and smoke
- Commitment to adhere to company uniform and behavioral policies

- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions

- Completion of training programs and certifications as required

Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- Ability to work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
- Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
