Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Janitor Busser
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to understand the policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- Attendance and successful completion of orientation and training programs
- Compliance with uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds
- Willingness to work in a fast paced and sometimes physically demanding environment
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Janitor Busser
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures for cleaning and sanitizing
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to undergo and complete training programs
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards preferred
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and standing for long periods
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- Ability to work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
- Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
