Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to understand policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- willingness to follow uniform standards
- ability to attend and complete orientation and all required training
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 15 pounds, reach, and perform duties in wet and humid conditions
- acceptance of workplace policies regarding harassment, fraternization, and substance abuse.
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- ability to communicate in English
- understanding of policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
- ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- successful completion of training program prior to working a shift without supervision
- attendance and completion of required local and state certifications.
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- ensure HOH Standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- ability to work as a team
- train using tablets or computer
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
- assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant included, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
