Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • willingness to follow uniform standards
  • ability to attend and complete orientation and all required training
  • physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 15 pounds, reach, and perform duties in wet and humid conditions
  • acceptance of workplace policies regarding harassment, fraternization, and substance abuse.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • ability to communicate in English
  • understanding of policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • successful completion of training program prior to working a shift without supervision
  • attendance and completion of required local and state certifications.

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
  • maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • ensure HOH Standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
  • ability to work as a team
  • train using tablets or computer
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
  • assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant included, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
