Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- Ability to communicate in English
- Must understand policies and procedures for cleaning and sanitizing a restaurant
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures outlined in training
- Must complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing and lifting up to 15 pounds
- Must comply with uniform and grooming standards
- Must be able to work in fast paced, sometimes humid and chemically exposed environments
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to understand the policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Successful completion of required training programs
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- Ability to work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
- Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
