Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Must understand policies and procedures for cleaning and sanitizing a restaurant
  • Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures outlined in training
  • Must complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision
  • Ability to meet physical demands including standing and lifting up to 15 pounds
  • Must comply with uniform and grooming standards
  • Must be able to work in fast paced, sometimes humid and chemically exposed environments

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to understand the policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
  • Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Successful completion of required training programs
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
  • Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Train using tablets or computer
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
