Job Requirements
- Must have proven experience as a janitor busser
- must be able to communicate in English
- must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures outlined in Twin Peaks training
- must complete training program successfully before working without supervision
- must complete all required training for compliance with local and state regulations, including food and/or alcohol service certifications
- ability to apply common sense and understand simple instructions
- ability to meet physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting up to 15 pounds
- must adhere to uniform standards and company policies
- must be willing to work in fast-paced, potentially humid or smoky environments.
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- ability to communicate in English
- basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
- able to follow instructions accurately
- ability to work well within a team environment
- good physical stamina and strength
- ability to complete training and certifications as required.
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- ability to work as a team
- train using tablets or computer
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- any other duty responsibility that management may deem necessary
- assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
