Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Six months of experience in commercial facilities and building janitorial work desired
- Authorized to work in the U.S
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Maintain neat appearance
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintain and clean all floor surfaces including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming and spot clean carpets
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and other objects
- Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms
- Empty trash cans for proper disposal and use of compactor for certain materials
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors and other surfaces using appropriate cleaners and equipment
- Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies and maintain the janitorial closet orderly
- Perform other duties as assigned or required by scope of work or customer needs
